Viralyse is operated by Viralyse Studio. These concise MVP terms must be reviewed by qualified counsel before live commerce or prize promotion.

Account conduct

You are responsible for your account and must not evade generation, submission, voting, moderation, or payment controls. Automated abuse, impersonation, unlawful prompts, and rights-infringing content are prohibited.

Service

AI output is probabilistic and may fail or be blocked. Technical failures restore the reserved generation where recorded. The operator may suspend the experiment for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Rights

You retain rights you hold in eligible inputs and outputs, subject to applicable law and provider terms, and grant the operator a non-exclusive license to display and promote your official submission in connection with Round 01.
